Kyoden Co., Ltd. was established at 89-1, Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun,
Nagano Prefecture with a nominal capital of JPY 1.5 million.
The company had the objectives of designing electronic devices and
industrial robots and marketing general electrical appliances. - 1984, June
- Started the partial manufacture and inspection of PCBs as a subcontractor for the PCB manufacturer Shinko Co., Ltd.
- 1985, March
- Established a factory in Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture and started the manufacture of PCBs.
- 1985, November
- As an integrated maker conducting operations from design to manufacture,
it started small-lot multi-product manufacture and sale of PCBs. - 1986, August
