    Kyoden Co., Ltd. was established at 89-1, Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun,
    Nagano Prefecture with a nominal capital of JPY 1.5 million.
    The company had the objectives of designing electronic devices and
    industrial robots and marketing general electrical appliances.

    Started the partial manufacture and inspection of PCBs as a subcontractor for the PCB manufacturer Shinko Co., Ltd.
    1985, March
    Established a factory in Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture and started the manufacture of PCBs.
    1985, November
    As an integrated maker conducting operations from design to manufacture,
    it started small-lot multi-product manufacture and sale of PCBs.
