We have a wide range of assembly experience, from precision equipment to large-scale equipment.
Because we handle everything from prototype and mass production to assembly in-house,
including in-house production of jigs and improvements in production efficiency,
we can offer cost benefits to customers and improve yield and quality.

Assembly/EMS features

We achieve low cost and high quality by using ultra-precise assembly and inspection technology and a cell production system per function, taking into consideration manufacturability.
We prevent shortages and errors from occurring by using a proprietary method of kit marshalling (sequencing the parts for one product in the order of assembly and deploying them on the distribution cart to reduce the burden on workers of having to search for them).
We have our own clean room (class 10000).
We can also handle the assembly of products that require a high level of cleanliness.
We ensure QCD in all processes, including assembly, inspection, and packaging, by manufacturing our own jigs in-house.
And we control the assembly workload by using multi-skilled workers.
We support product traceability management in accordance with customer needs.
