Kyoden Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the establishment of the Tokyo Head Office in Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, as part of our efforts to strengthen our management foundation and enhance our operational structure.
This new Head Office will consolidate the following departments and functions.

In addition, several sales offices in the Kanto region will be integrated as of April 1, 2025, to promote unified operations, improve the efficiency of sales activities, and enhance the quality of our services.

2. Strengthening Governance and Operational Control

Reinforcing the Internal Audit Office will enable more robust risk management and internal controls.

3. Streamlining and Centralizing Administrative Functions

By consolidating the Administration Division and Human Resources & General Affairs Division, we will establish a stronger framework for policy implementation and employee support.

4. Creating Synergy Between Sales and Organizational Capabilities

Integration with the newly unified sales offices will facilitate smoother information sharing and faster customer response.
