KYODEN COMPANY, LIMITED was established at 89-1, Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun,
Nagano Prefecture with a nominal capital of JPY 1.5 million.
The company had the objectives of designing electronic devices and
industrial robots and marketing general electrical appliances.

1984.6

Started the partial manufacture and inspection of PCBs as a subcontractor for the PCB manufacturer Shinko Co., Ltd.

1985.3

Established a factory in Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture and started the manufacture of PCBs.

1985.11

As an integrated maker conducting operations from design to manufacture,
it started small-lot multi-product manufacture and sale of PCBs.

1986.8

Relocated its headquarters to 6213-1 Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture

1990.4

Established a new factory (the current Nagano Factory)in Minowa-machi, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture

Relocated its headquarters to 482-1 Mikka-machi, Oaza Minowa-machi, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture

1993.2

Became a capital participant in Showa Mining Co., Ltd. (now Showa KDE Co., Ltd.) through third-party share allocation.

Registered its shares with the Japan Securities Dealers’ Association for over-the-counter trading.

Gained certification under ISO9001, the international quality control standard.

Listed its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section.

Established its second factory on land adjacent to its Nagano Plant.

Made Toei Denshi Co., Ltd. (current company) and Toei Denshi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (now Kyoden (Thailand) Co., Ltd.) into consolidated subsidiaries.

Gained certification under ISO14001, the international standard for environmental management systems.

Our subsidiary Showa Mining Co., Ltd. (now Showa KDE Co., Ltd.) exercised share options in
Fuji Machinery MFG. & Electronics Co., Ltd. (now part of this company), making it a consolidated subsidiary.

Merged with our subsidiary Toei Denshi Co., Ltd.

Acquired all stock in Kyoden Finetech Co., Ltd., which had been established by
incorporation-type company split from Airex Inc., making it a consolidated subsidiary.

Made a takeover bid for our subsidiary Showa KDE Co., Ltd.

Made our subsidiary Showa KDE Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary.

Acquired all stock in our subsidiary Fuji Machinery MFG. & Electronics Co., Ltd. (now part of this company),making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Absorbed our subsidiary Nippon Electronics Co., Ltd.
and Kyoden Business Partners Co., Ltd. and established
Nippon Electronics Co., Ltd. (this company today)

Our subsidiary Showa KDE Co., Ltd. acquired shares of ETO Trading Co., Ltd. (the current ETO Industry Co., Ltd.)
and ETO Industry Co., Ltd., making it a consolidated subsidiary.

Consolidated the production functions of the Sakai and Mihara factories of our
subsidiary Fuji Machinery MFG. & Electronics Co., Ltd. (now part of this company)
in the Osaka Factory (Izumi Otsu, Osaka).

2015.6

Our subsidiary Showa KDE Co., Ltd. acquired shares of JANTECH Co., Ltd., making it a consolidated subsidiary.

2015.7

Acquired all stock in Kyoden Precision Co., Ltd.,
which had been established by incorporation-type split from
Tec Precision Co., Ltd., making the company a consolidated subsidiary.

Our subsidiary Showa KDE Co., Ltd. acquired shares of Tsuruga Spancrete Co., Ltd., making it a consolidated subsidiary.

Merged with the subsidiaries Kyoden Tohoku Co., Ltd., Kyoden Yokohama Co., Ltd., and Kyoden Osaka Co., Ltd.

Close Yokohama Plant and consolidate production functions to Nagano and Osaka.

2020.10

Toward Growth and Expansion of EMS Business Completed construction of Kano River Plant of KYODEN Precision Co., Ltd.

Shifted from the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to the Standard Market due to a revision of the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s market classification.

Kanogawa Plant of KYODEN Precision Co., Ltd. expands its assembly process.

Completed construction of Kinokawa Plant of KYODEN Precision Co., Ltd.

Delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market due to acquisition by demand for sale of shares, etc.
