Procurement network
We procure the most suitable parts from a network of around 400 companies in Japan and overseas. We can also arrange for long lead time parts through overseas routes.
-
Proposal of alternative parts
We can propose alternatives for CR and general-purpose passive components.
-
Inventory management
We have our own SMD towers. We have also established a thorough management system based on first-in, first-out and temperature/humidity control in addition to baking and vacuum packaging.
-
Mass production
For mass production, we will select and propose the optimal conditions according to the planned number of products and manufacturing lot for authorized dealers.
-
Quick delivery
We have a system in place that enables us to start mounting prototype products as early as four days of receiving an order.
-
Dedicated staff
We have experienced, dedicated staff to handle requests.
To partners in the supply chain
A cooperative relationship between companies in the supply chain is essential.
We will strive to maintain and advance a better partnership with you.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in the procurement of
materials and parts and the outsourcing of manufacturing.
Green procurement ‒ Request for cooperation
When procuring the materials that constitute products and the chemicals that are used in manufacturing processes, we identify the constituents and compositions with a view to promoting “green procurement” and thereby realizing manufacturing with small environmental load.
Moreover, we effectively utilize such information in striving to “convey accurate information to customers” and “conform to environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH.”
We ask for your cooperation in our green procurement activities, including environmental surveys and system strengthening.
Fair trade
To provide better products and services as a good business partner, relationships of mutual cooperation with our procurement partners are indispensable.
Based on the spirit of fair trade, we conduct transactions under appropriate conditions for materials and products manufactured by developing countries and are committed to responsible mineral procurement.
- Initiatives regarding responsible minerals procurement
- We do not procure minerals that are linked to conflict or human rights violations in conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs) for the parts and products we provide. We are working to reduce risk by requesting suppliers to procure from refineries that conform to RMAP and conducting surveys using RMI forms.
