1983 | Kyoden Co., Ltd. was established at 89-1, Minami-Minowa-mura, Kamiina-gun, Nagano prefecture with a nominal capital of JPY 1.5 million.The purpose of the company was to design industrial robots and to market general electrical appliances. |

1990 | Kyoden Co., Ltd. opened its factory at 482-1, Mikka-machi, Oaza, Minowa-machi, Kamiina-gun, Nagano prefecture, and relocated its headquarters to that site (which is currently the company’s Nagano branch). |
1993 | Became a capital participant in Showa Mining Co., Ltd. (now Showa KDE Co., Ltd.) through third-party share allocation. |
1997 | Registered shares with the Japan Securities Dealers’ Association for over-the-counter trading. |
1998 | Gained ISO9001 certification, the international quality control standard, for the headquarters factory. |
